Maryland Divorce Law Firm

About Our Firm

Dragga, Hannon, Hessler & Wills, LLP is devoted to serving clients who need creative, experienced representation in family law matters. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and property distribution, as well as domestic violence. Our attorneys are skilled at all stages of representation, whether initial, modification, or appellate, and including the most complex and contentious cases. Our attorneys are experienced mediators, collaborative law practitioners and certified arbitrators, as well as court-appointed attorneys for children. Occasionally, other civil litigation is undertaken.

Our goal is to help our clients navigate the emotionally difficult, and often financially uncertain, legal process in the most expedient and least stressful manner. We strive to provide our clients with the necessary facts, information, and advice to make informed decisions. This includes involving professionals from other disciplines as appropriate. We are committed to serving the best interests of our clients and their families, who benefit from our collective experience, knowledge, and team approach. We seek innovative solutions to our clients' individual situations, mindful of their goals and needs. While negotiated resolution is usually preferable, if necessary, we are well suited to undertake adversarial processes, including litigation, arbitration and appeals. Read more...
