Dragga, Hannon, Hessler & Wills, LLP is devoted to serving clients who need creative, experienced representation in family law matters. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and property distribution, as well as domestic violence. Our attorneys are skilled at all stages of representation, whether initial, modification, or appellate, and including the most complex and contentious cases. Our attorneys are experienced mediators, collaborative law practitioners and certified arbitrators, as well as court-appointed attorneys for children. Occasionally, other civil litigation is undertaken.

DHHW combines the experience of some of the most respected family lawyers in Maryland. Initially formed in 1994 by Patrick W. Dragga and Cynthia Callahan, Jeffrey Hannon and Kevin G. Hessler joined in 1999. Partner Vincent M. Wills joined Dragga & Callahan in 1996 and became a partner in 2001. In June of 2009, founding partner, Cynthia Callahan, accepted a position as an associate judge of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and the firm's name was revised to Dragga, Hannon, Hessler & Wills, LLP. The firm centers its practice in Montgomery County, Maryland, and represents clients in all of Maryland's counties.
